Ouch! That’s an annoying one.
There’s nothing more frustrating than missing out on traders because of technical headaches.
Here is a three-step process to ensure that Mark’s emails are landing in your email inbox.
#1 - Check Your ‘Junk/Spam’ folder
Because we send emails to thousands of people at once, some email providers can potentially flag these as ‘junk emails’ or ‘spam emails’
The first step is to look in your Junk/Spam folder, which you’ll be able to find alongside options such as ‘Inbox, Outbox, Sent, etc’
In nine out of ten cases, you will be able to find Mark’s emails within this folder.
As soon as you find it, drag & drop it into your inbox and a prompt should appear that will ask if you would always like it to appear in your inbox.
If this still doesn’t work, move onto step #2.
#2 - Check If You Received a Receipt Following Your Purchase
The second reason that you may not be receiving specific emails is because you may have incorrectly put your email address in or your payment didn’t successfully go through.
The way to determine this is to search to see if you receive a receipt following your purchase. If you did, then the payment went through and your email address is correct.
If you did not, then something must have gone wrong and you may want to attempt the payment again.
#3 - Still Not Receiving Emails?
