If it has been over 60 minutes since you signed up and you have not received your confirmation email, then something must have gone wrong.
Here’s what to do next.
#1 - Check Your ‘Junk/Spam’ folder
Because we send emails to thousands of people at once, some email providers can potentially flag these as ‘junk emails’ or ‘spam emails’
The first step is to look in your Junk/Spam folder, which you’ll be able to find alongside options such as ‘Inbox, Outbox, Sent, etc’
In nine out of ten cases, you will be able to find your confirmation email within this folder.
As soon as you find it, drag & drop it into your inbox and a prompt should appear that will ask if you would always like it to appear in your inbox.
If this still doesn’t work, move onto step #2.
#2 - Did You Input Your Email Address Correctly?
The second reason that you may not have received your confirmation email is because you potentially input your email address wrong.
If you have another email address that you may have potentially used, then please check this inbox.
If this still doesn’t work, then move onto step #3.
#3 - The payment may not have gone through
The third reason that you may not have received the confirmation email is because the payment didn’t successfully go through.
